Opis:

Dish with epigraphic decoration. The Kufic inscription reads: "Magnanimity has first a bitter taste, but at the end it tastes sweeter than honey. Good health [to the owner]." Terracotta, white slip ground and slip underglaze decoration, Khurasan (Iran), 11th–12th century.
