This is a Parish flag of St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana. It depicts the monument to the en:Battle of New Orleans in the en:War of 1812 surrounded by stars and laurel branches. The monument is located in en:Chalmette, Louisiana at the en:Chalmette Battlefield.

I created this image in 2002. It's based off of a photograph of the winning flag for a re-design contest of the St. Bernard Pairsh Flag. It was submitted to the fotw database.
