This painting is owned by Richard Lyon-Dalberg-Acton, 4th Baron Acton. His research suggests that the artist might be Emanuele Napoli, who was a painter mainly doing copies and a restorer at the Royal Palace of Capodimonte in the reign of Ferdinand IV.
