Archibald Geikie
Archibald Geikie
Sir Archibald Geikie (ur. 28 grudnia 1835 w Edynburgu, zm. 10 listopada 1924 w hrabstwie Surrey) – szkocki geolog. Brat Jamesa, dyrektor Geological Survey of Scotland, następnie dyrektor geologicznego muzeum w Londynie. Wydał szereg map geologicznych różnych obszarów Anglii. Był autorem, m.in. „Textbook of Geology” (1882) i „The Ancient Volcanoes of Great Britain” (1897).
