Grobowiec Bibi Ka Maqbara w Aurangabadzie wzorowany na Tadź Mahal
Aurangabad (marathi: औरंगाबाद, hindi औरंगाबाद, perski/urdu: اورنگآباد) – miasto w Indiach, w stanie Maharasztra, na wyżynie Dekan. W 2006 miasto to na powierzchni 196 km² zamieszkiwało 1 414 918 osób.
Miasto zostało założone prawdopodobnie w 1610, początkowo jego nazwa brzmiała Fatehpura.
W Aurangabad rozwinął się przemysł odzieżowy, głównie wykorzystujący jedwab i bawełnę. Istotną częścią gospodarki jest również turystyka ze względu na bliskość kompleksu świątyń buddyjskich w Elurze i w Adżancie.

The Flag of India. The colours are saffron, white and green. The navy blue wheel in the center of the flag has a diameter approximately the width of the white band and is called Ashoka's Dharma Chakra, with 24 spokes (after Ashoka, the Great). Each spoke depicts one hour of the day, portraying the prevalence of righteousness all 24 hours of it.

This poor Man's Taj Mahal called Bibi ka Maqbara (Tomb of the Lady), shows how Mughal Architecture started losing its magnanimity and magnificence just after 20 years of the building of Taj Mahal. But still this monument has its own place and importance in History. If Taj was for a Wife, this was for a Mother.
