Biathlonowa sztafeta na Zimowych Igrzyskach Olimpijskich 1968 na dystansie 4x7,5 km odbyła się 15 lutego. Była to druga i ostatnia konkurencja biathlonowa podczas tych igrzysk. Zawody odbyły się na trasach w Autrans niedaleko Grenoble. Do biegu zostało zgłoszonych 14 reprezentacji.
Tytuł pierwszych w historii mistrzów olimpijskich wywalczyła reprezentacja ZSRR. Wicemistrzami olimpijskimi zostali Norwegowie, a brązowy medal wywalczyli reprezentanci Szwecji.
