Black Country Communion – supergrupa wykonująca muzykę z pogranicza hard rocka i bluesa[1]. Powstała w 2010 roku w składzie: Glenn Hughes, Jason Bonham, Derek Sherinian, oraz Joe Bonamassa[1].

20 września 2010 roku ukazał się debiutancki album formacji pt. Black Country[2]. Kompozycje zostały wyprodukowane i zmiksowanie przez Kevina Shirleya[3]. Natomiast mastering wykonał Bob Ludwig[3]. Wydawnictwo poprzedził wydany 10 sierpnia 2010 roku singel pt. One Last Soul[4].

W październiku 2012 roku ukazał się trzeci album zespołu, Afterglow, jednak już wtedy można było zauważyć spory pomiędzy Glennem Hughesem a Joe Bonamassą.

W marcu 2013 roku z zespołu odszedł Joe Bonamassa. Jego rezygnacja z dalszej współpracy z grupą była spowodowana kolidowaniem działalności Black Country Communion z jego karierą solową, jak również konfliktami w zespole. Kilka dni później wokalista i basista grupy, Glenn Hughes, ogłosił rozwiązanie zespołu, gdyż Bonamassa zabronił pozostałym członkom zespołu występować bez niego pod nazwą BCC[5].

W 2016 roku zespół wznowił działalność[6][7].
