Waga półciężka mężczyzn to jedna z jedenastu męskich konkurencji bokserskich rozgrywanych podczas letnich igrzysk olimpijskich w 1968 w Meksyku. Startowali bokserzy o wadze nie przekraczającej 81 kilogramów. Pojedynki w tej kategorii wagowej toczone były w dniach od 13 do 26 października w hali Arena México. Zwyciężył reprezentant Związku Radzieckiego Danas Pozniakas. Wystąpiło 18 bokserów z 18 państw.
