Waga superciężka mężczyzn to jedna z dwunastu męskich konkurencji bokserskich rozgrywanych podczas letnich igrzysk olimpijskich w 1988 w Seulu. Startowali bokserzy o wadze przekraczającej 91 kilogramów. Pojedynki w tej kategorii wagowej toczone były w dniach od 22 września do 2 października w hali Jamsil Students' Gymnasium. Zwyciężył reprezentant Kanady Lennox Lewis. Wystąpiło 17 bokserów z 17 państw.
