Richard Bruce Arthur (ur. 2 listopada 1921; zm. 22 marca 1998[1]) – australijski zapaśnik walczący w stylu wolnym. Olimpijczyk[2] z Londynu 1948, gdzie zajął dziewiąte miejsce w kategorii do 79 kg.

The navy blue wheel in the center of the flag has a diameter approximately the width of the white band and is called Ashoka's Dharma Chakra, with 24 spokes (after Ashoka, the Great).
