Catherine Ann "Cathy" Rattray-Williams (ur. 19 sierpnia 1963) – jamajska lekkoatletka, specjalizująca się w biegach sprinterskich i średniodystansowych. Czterokrotna uczestniczka letnich igrzysk olimpijskich (Moskwa 1980, Los Angeles 1984, Seul 1988, Barcelona 1992).

GOLD represents the natural wealth and beauty of sunlight; GREEN represents hope and agricultural resources; BLACK represents the strength and creativity of the people. The original symbolism, however, was "Hardships there are, but the land is green, and the sun shineth", where BLACK represented the hardships being faced.
