Gmina została utworzona 1 stycznia 2016 roku z połączenia dwóch wcześniejszych gmin: Champteussé-sur-Baconne oraz Chenillé-Changé. Siedzibą gminy została miejscowość Champteussé-sur-Baconne[2].
