Chiefs (dawniej Waikato Chiefs; pl. Wodzowie) – nowozelandzki profesjonalny zespół rugby union występujący w lidze Super Rugby.
Do terytorium franczyzy Chiefs należy pięć zespołów regionalnych występujących w jednej z dwóch rodzimych lig Nowej Zelandii – National Provincial Championship lub Heartland Championship. Te zespoły to: Bay of Plenty (region Bay of Plenty), Counties Manukau (hrabstwa Manukau), King Country (dystrykt King Country), Thames Valley (dystrykt Thames Valley), Waikato (region Waikato). Podczas meczów na własnym terenie Chiefs występują na Waikato Stadium w Hamilton.
