Conn Findlay, właśc. Conrad Francis Findlay (ur. 24 kwietnia 1930 w Stockton, zm. 8 kwietnia 2021[1]) – amerykański wioślarz i żeglarz. Czterokrotny medalista olimpijski.
Jako wioślarz brał udział w trzech olimpiadach. W Melbourne zwyciężył w dwójce ze sternikiem. Obok niego płynęli Arthur Ayrault i Kurt Seiffert (sternik). Cztery lata później z nowymi partnerami: Richardem Draegerem i Kentem Mitchellem (sternik) zajął w tej samej konkurencji trzecie miejsce. W 1964 Findlay i Mitchell ponownie znaleźli w osadzie dwójki, tym razem zwycięskiej.
Po raz czwarty wystartował na igrzyskach w 1976, w Montrealu, tym razem jednak w żeglarstwie. Miał wówczas 46 lat, ale wspólnie z Dennisem Connerem wywalczył brązowy medal.
