Deadhorse – obszar niemunicypalny (ang. unincorporated area) w dystrykcie North Slope, w stanie Alaska, w Stanach Zjednoczonych, położony w pobliżu wybrzeża Morza Arktycznego. Większość obiektów w mieście przeznaczona jest dla pracowników zatrudnionych na polach naftowych w Prudhoe Bay. Dodatkowo w Deadhorse znajduje się niewielka baza turystyczna.
W pobliżu Deadhorse znajduje się północny kraniec autostrady Dalton Highway, biegnącej z południa, z okolic miasta Fairbanks oraz lotnisko Deadhorse Airport.

PRUDHOE BAY-DEADHORSE, Alaska (March 12, 2007) – At the northern end of the Trans-Alaska Pipeline, Prudhoe Bay-Deadhorse, Alaska, also serves as the beach detachment for the Applied Physics Laboratory Ice Station (APLIS) which has been established on a drifting ice floe about 180 nautical miles north in support of arctic testing for U.S. and U.K submarines.
