Die Ortskapelle in Alt-Dietmanns wurde auf der Kuppe am Platz im Jahr 1801 errichtet. Der nachbarocke Bau mit gefaschten Rundbogenfenstern und eingezogener Halbkreisapsis, durch Gesims zusammengefasst, hat zwischen den Giebelanschwüngen einen von Dreiecksgiebel überblendeten Fassadenturm unter Glockenhelm.
