Douglas DC-4 – czterosilnikowy samolot pasażerski produkowany przez amerykańską firmę Douglas Aircraft Company.
DC-4 jako następca Douglasa DC-3 jest liniowcem dalekiego zasięgu posiadającym 42 miejsca pasażerskie.
Problemem DC-4 była, jak na owe czasy, skomplikowana konstrukcja oraz wysokie koszty utrzymania. Los samolotu stanął pod znakiem zapytania do momentu wybuchu wojny.
W momencie przystąpienia Stanów Zjednoczonych do II wojnie światowej samoloty DC-4 zostały przydzielone do United States Army Air Forces, gdzie służyły jako samoloty transportowe C-54 Skymaster.
Po wojnie powstało 79 egzemplarzy samolotu, produkcję zawieszono w 1947 roku na rzecz udanego modelu Douglas DC-6.

The flag of Navassa Island is simply the United States flag. It does not have a "local" flag or "unofficial" flag; it is an uninhabited island. The version with a profile view was based on Flags of the World and as a fictional design has no status warranting a place on any Wiki. It was made up by a random person with no connection to the island, it has never flown on the island, and it has never received any sort of recognition or validation by any authority. The person quoted on that page has no authority to bestow a flag, "unofficial" or otherwise, on the island.
