E=MC² Adventure Box najpierw został wydany w Wielkiej Brytanii i Ameryce Północnej 1 grudnia 2008 roku[2].

Następnie box został wydany w Hiszpanii i Japonii. Box ma zostać wydany także w Argentynie. Planowana data wydania została wyznaczona na 21 lutego 2009[2].
