Ekspedycja 62 to 62. długa misja na Międzynarodową Stację Kosmiczną, która ma się rozpocząć w lutym 2020 r. wraz z oddokowaniem statku kosmicznego Sojuz MS-13. W wyprawie wezmą udział rosyjski dowódca Oleg Skripoczka, a także amerykańscy inżynierowie lotów Jessica Meir i Andrew Morgan[1]. Druga część Ekspedycji 62 składać się będzie z trzech członków załogi z Sojuz MS-16[2].

Uwagi o załodze
Sojuz MS-16 miał pierwotnie przetransportować załogę Ekspedycji 63/64 do MSK, przenosząc do MSK Tichonowa, Babkina i japońską astronautkę Akihiko Hoshide. Jednak 31 października 2019 roku - w związku z opóźnieniami w programie Commercial Crew - ogłoszono, że zamiast Hoshide poleci astronauta NASA Chris Cassidy, aby mieć pewność, że cały czas na pokładzie stacji będzie chociaż jeden amerykański astronauta. Zmiany te oznaczały również, że załoga Sojuza MS-16 stanowiłaby część Ekspedycji 62[3].
Ekspedycja będzie również pierwszą (od Ekspedycji 50), w czasie której rosyjski zespół MSK będzie miał trzech członków załogi. Będzie to również pierwsza wyprawa od czasu Ekspedycji 25, która nie będzie miała członka załogi z agencji innej niż NASA lub Roskosmos.
