European Open 2004 – profesjonalny rankingowy turniej snookerowy. Rozegrany został w dniach 1–6 marca 2004 w Hilton Conference Center w Portomaso na Malcie[1]. Był to piąty rankingowy turniej w sezonie 2003/2004[2].
Turniej ten był ostatnim rozgrywanym pod nazwą European Open. W kolejnym sezonie WPBSA postanowiła, by turniej ten rozgrywany był pod nazwą Malta Cup[1].
Obrońcą tytułu był Ronnie O’Sullivan, który w tegorocznej edycji turnieju przegrał w meczu ćwierćfinałowym ze Stephenem Lee 4−5.[3]
W finale turnieju reprezentant Szkocji Stephen Maguire pokonał Anglika Jimmy'ego White'a 9−3.
