Europejska Formuła 3 Sezon 2016 – piętnasty sezon od utworzenia Mistrzostw Europejskiej Formuły 3, a piąty od ich reaktywowania w 2012 roku. Rozpoczął się 2 kwietnia na francuskim torze Circuit Paul Ricard, a zakończył 16 października w Hockenheim. Tytuł w klasyfikacji kierowców zdobył Kanadyjczyk Lance Stroll, a wśród zespołów najlepsza była włoska ekipa Prema Powerteam.
