FFA Cup 2017 – czwarta edycja, australijskiego krajowego pucharu piłkarskiego FFA Cup.
W rywalizacji wzięło udział łącznie 735 drużyn z całego kraju. Drużyny z A-League oraz mistrz National Premier Leagues (NPL; Sydney United 58 FC) rozpoczęły turniej od rundy głównej (1/16 finału) razem z 21 drużynami, które uzyskały awans z rundy kwalifikacyjnej. Runda główna FFA Cup rozpoczęła się 26 lipca, zakończyła się 21 listopada 2017. Zwycięzcą rozgrywek FFA Cup została drużyna Sydney FC, która pokonała w finale drużynę Adelaide United[2].
Sponsorem tytularnym rozgrywek było przedsiębiorstwo Westfield Group, w związku z czym obowiązywała nazwa marketingowa Westfield FFA Cup[3].
Format rozgrywek
Turniej FFA Cup został podzielony na dwa główne etapy: rundę kwalifikacyjną i rundę główną. W rundzie kwalifikacyjnej brały udział zespoły, które występowały w National Premier Leagues oraz w niższych ligach stanowych. Awans do rundy głównej uzyskały 21 drużyny i łącznie z drużynami z A-League oraz mistrzem National Premier Leagues (zapewniony start od 1/16 finału) wystąpiło od tego etapu rozgrywek 32 drużyny[2].
Poszczególnym federacją stanowym przypadła określona liczba miejsc w rundzie głównej[2]:
- Football NSW (Nowa Południowa Walia): 5 drużyn;
- Football Federation Victoria (Wiktoria): 4 drużyny;
- Football Queensland (Queensland): 4 drużyny;
- Football West (Australia Zachodnia): 2 drużyny;
- Northern NSW Football (północna część Nowej Południowej Walii): 2 drużyny;
- Football Federation South Australia (Australia Południowa): 1 drużyna;
- Football Federation Tasmania (Tasmania): 1 drużyna;
- Capital Football (Australijskie Terytorium Stołeczne): 1 drużyna;
- Football Federation Northern Territory (Terytorium Północne): 1 drużyna.
Liczba miejsc została ustalona na podstawie liczby zarejestrowanych piłkarzy w danej federacji[4].

The flag of the Northern Territory (adopted on July 1, 1978 on the first day of self-government) was designed by the Australian artist Robert Ingpen, of Drysdale Victoria, after consultation with members of the community at the invitation of the Northern Territory Government. The flag incorporates the three official Territorian colours of black, white and ochre and is divided into two panels, black at the hoist side taking up one third the length of the flag while the remainder is equal to two third the length of the flag in ochre. The black panel display the five white stars that form the constellation of the Southern Cross, using the Victorian configuration of the Southern Cross with stars having between five to eight points. The flag also features the official Northern Territory floral emblem on the red ochre panel, a stylisation of the Sturt's Desert Rose, which uses seven petals encircling a seven-pointed black star of the federation in the centre. The seven petals symbolises the six Australian states plus the Northern Territory. The Northern Territory Flag was the first official flag that did not contain the Union Jack.
