12. Finał Grand Prix IAAF – zawody lekkoatletyczne, które odbyły się 7 września 1996 roku w Mediolanie. Był to czwarty w historii finał Grand Prix IAAF zorganizowany we Włoszech. Klasyfikację punktową całego cyklu Grand Prix w sezonie 1996 wygrali Kenijczyk Daniel Komen i reprezentantka Szwecji Ludmiła Engquist.

GOLD represents the natural wealth and beauty of sunlight; GREEN represents hope and agricultural resources; BLACK represents the strength and creativity of the people. The original symbolism, however, was "Hardships there are, but the land is green, and the sun shineth", where BLACK represented the hardships being faced.
