Fore River Shipyard (1964-1986: General Dynamics Quincy Shipbuilding Division) – dawna amerykańska stocznia okrętowa powstała na początku XX wieku, przez kolejne dziesięciolecia jeden z głównych dostawców okrętów dla United States Navy. Koniec II wojny światowej wyznaczył początek schyłku stoczni, która swój ostatni okręt zwodowała w 1982 roku.
Pierwotnie powstała w 1883 roku na terenie Braintree w stanie Massachusetts, w 1901 roku została przeniesiona do sąsiedniego Quincy Point. W swojej historii należała do trzech właścicieli - kolejno Thomas Watson's Fore River Ship & Engine Company która kontrolowała stocznię od 1883 do 1913 roku, następnie do roku 1964 była częścią Bethlehem Shipbuilding Corporation, gdy stała się własnością koncernu General Dynamics. W 1986 roku stocznia została zamknięta[1].

The flag of Navassa Island is simply the United States flag. It does not have a "local" flag or "unofficial" flag; it is an uninhabited island. The version with a profile view was based on Flags of the World and as a fictional design has no status warranting a place on any Wiki. It was made up by a random person with no connection to the island, it has never flown on the island, and it has never received any sort of recognition or validation by any authority. The person quoted on that page has no authority to bestow a flag, "unofficial" or otherwise, on the island.
Ships fitting out at the Fore River Shipbuilding Company shipyard, Quincy, Massachusetts (USA), 19 March 1918. The six destroyers are USS Little (DD-79), USS Kimberly (DD-80), USS Sigourney (DD-81), USS Gregory (DD-82), USS Colhoun (DD-85) and USS Stevens (DD-86), which had builder's hull numbers 274-277 and 280-281 respectively. The freighter at right is Katrina Luckenbach, yard hull # 267, which served as USS Katrina Luckenbach in 1918-19. Most of the equipment on the pier is for her. Note the large submarine being built in the background, under the revolving crane.
