Giacomo „Ago” Agostini (ur. 16 czerwca 1942 w Brescii) – włoski motocyklista. Ośmiokrotny mistrz świata 500 cm³(obecnie MotoGP).
Agostini startował w Motocyklowych Mistrzostwach Świata w latach 1964–1977 w obu klasach: 500 cm³ i 350 cm³.
Włoch jest najbardziej utytułowanym motocyklistą w historii mistrzostw. Oprócz ośmiu tytułów w głównej klasie 500 cm³, zdobył jeszcze siedem w 350 cm³, co łącznie daje aż 15 tytułów mistrzowskich. W latach 1968–1972 triumfował w obu klasach, dzięki czemu pięciokrotnie był podwójnym mistrzem świata. We wszystkich kategoriach wygrał łącznie aż 122 razy, a 159 razy finiszował na podium. Łącznie uzbierał dorobek 1493 punktów. Poza tym zdobył dziewięciokrotnie pole position i wykręcił aż 117 najszybszych okrążeń.
Po zakończeniu kariery motocyklowej, Agostini zaangażował się w wyścigi samochodowe. W latach 1979–1980 brał udział w prestiżowej serii juniorskiej – Brytyjskiej Formule 3. W swoim zespole Giacomo spisał się bardzo dobrze, będąc kilkakrotnie sklasyfikowanym na podium. W klasyfikacji generalnej sezonu 1979 uplasował się na 8. miejscu.
