Grand Prix Stanów Zjednoczonych 1991, oficjalnie XXVIII Iceberg United States Grand Prix – pierwsza runda Mistrzostw Świata Formuły 1 w sezonie 1991. Grand Prix odbyło się w dniach 8–10 marca 1991 na torze Phoenix Circuit w Phoenix. Wyścig po starcie z pole position wygrał Ayrton Senna (McLaren), a na podium stanęli kolejno Alain Prost (Ferrari) i Nelson Piquet (Benetton).
