Sztafeta 4 x 400 metrów kobiet – jedna z konkurencji rozgrywanych podczas 14. Halowych Mistrzostw Świata w Stambule.
W przeciwieństwie do pozostałych konkurencji, w biegach sztafetowych IAAF nie ustalił minimów kwalifikacyjnych, pozostawiając decyzję o występie federacjom krajowym[1].
W związku ze zgłoszeniem tylko 6 sztafet[2] zrezygnowano z rozgrywania eliminacji, finał zaplanowano na 11 marca.

The navy blue wheel in the center of the flag has a diameter approximately the width of the white band and is called Ashoka's Dharma Chakra, with 24 spokes (after Ashoka, the Great).
