Hefei (chiń. 合肥市; pinyin: Héféi shì) – miasto o statusie prefektury miejskiej we wschodnich Chinach, ośrodek administracyjny prowincji Anhui. W 2010 roku liczba mieszkańców miasta wynosiła 5 702 466[1]. Prefektura miejska w listopadzie 2000 roku liczyła 4 467 384 mieszkańców[1], a 1999 roku – 4 375 742 mieszkańców[2]. Ośrodek hutnictwa żelaza oraz przemysłu maszynowego, elektronicznego, bawełnianego i spożywczego; miasto posiada własny port lotniczy[3].

W mieście znajduje się stacja kolejowa Hefei.
