Hilton Gdańsk – pięciogwiazdkowy hotel przy Targu Rybnym w Śródmieściu Gdańska.

W momencie uruchomienia był drugim hotelem tej sieci działającym na terenie Polski (po hotelu Hilton w Warszawie). Dysponuje 150 pokojami hotelowymi i apartamentami. W hotelu znajduje się też największe w Gdańsku centrum konferencyjne o powierzchni 600 m² dla 530 osób, basen oraz podziemny parking.

Hotel jest zlokalizowany przy Rybackim Pobrzeżu nad Motławą, w miejscu zajmowanym w średniowieczu przez zamek krzyżacki. W bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie znajdują się gotycka baszta Łabędź i przystanek gdańskiego tramwaju wodnego.

More than 300 properties from the Central and Eastern European area contended for the title of the best development, the best developer and the best investor of 2010. = Hilton Gdansk won the best Hotel, Leisure & Residential Development of 2010 prize in Central and Eastern Europe. It was the only Polish property that won a prize this year# The unique architecture of the hotel has been already recognized by the CIJ property awards for 2010.
