Hrabstwo Claiborne (ang. Claiborne County) – hrabstwo w stanie Tennessee w Stanach Zjednoczonych. Obszar całkowity hrabstwa obejmuje powierzchnię 441,55 mil² (1143,61 km²). Według szacunków United States Census Bureau w roku 2009 miało 31 243 mieszkańców[2].
Hrabstwo powstało w 1801 roku[3].
Hrabstwo należy do nielicznych hrabstw w Stanach Zjednoczonych należących do tzw. dry county, czyli hrabstw gdzie decyzją lokalnych władz obowiązuje całkowita prohibicja[4][5].
