Hrabstwo Clark (ang. Clark County) – hrabstwo w stanie Wisconsin w Stanach Zjednoczonych.

Obszar całkowity hrabstwa obejmuje powierzchnię 1219,08 mil² (3157,4 km²). Według szacunków United States Census Bureau w roku 2009 miało 33 426 mieszkańców[2]. Jego siedzibą administracyjną jest Neillsville.

Hrabstwo zostało utworzone z Crawford w 1853. Nazwa pochodzi od nazwiska George'a Rogersa Clarka[3].

Na obszarze hrabstwa znajdują się rzeki Black, Eau Claire, Popple, Yellow oraz 32 jezior[3].
