Hrabstwo Cocke (ang. Cocke County) – hrabstwo w stanie Tennessee w Stanach Zjednoczonych. Obszar całkowity hrabstwa obejmuje powierzchnię 443,15 mil² (1147,75 km²). Według szacunków United States Census Bureau w roku 2009 miało 36 047 mieszkańców[2].
Hrabstwo powstało w 1797 roku[3].

Cocke County Courthouse in Newport, Tennessee, constructed in 1930. Its predecessor, which had been built in 1884 after heated controversy over the county seat, burned in the 1920s. The building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1995.
