Hrabstwo Columbia (ang. Columbia County) – hrabstwo w stanie Floryda w Stanach Zjednoczonych. Obszar całkowity hrabstwa obejmuje powierzchnię 801,04 mil² (2074,68 km²). Według szacunków United States Census Bureau w roku 2009 miało 69 264 mieszkańców[2].
Na terenie hrabstwa leżą bagna Okefenokee z rezerwatem Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge.
Hrabstwo powstało w 1832 roku[3]. Na jego terenie znajdują się obszar niemunicypalny: Columbia City, Lulu, Mikesville, Newco[4].
