Hrabstwo Multnomah (ang. Multnomah County) – hrabstwo w stanie Oregon w Stanach Zjednoczonych. Obszar całkowity hrabstwa obejmuje powierzchnię 465,65 mil² (1206,03 km²). Według szacunków United States Census Bureau w roku 2009 miało 726 855 mieszkańców[2].
Hrabstwo powstało w 1854 roku[3].
Północną granicę hrabstwa tworzy rzeka Kolumbia, która płynie w bazaltowym kanionie w Wyżynie Kolumbii należącej do Gór Kaskadowych. Na dopływach Kolumbii tworzą się widowiskowe wodospady widoczne z drogi turystycznej wiodącej dnem kanionu (ang. Columbia Gorge Scenic Highway)[4]. Do najbardziej znanych należą Coopey Falls[4], Bridal Veil Falls[5], Latourell Falls[6], Horsetail Falls[7], Mist Falls[8] i Multnomah Falls[9].

Multnomah County Courthouse in Portland, Oregon, 2006. Completed in 1911 (first portion) and expanded in 1914, it closed as a courthouse more than a century later, on September 29, 2020, and was replaced by a new courthouse elsewhere in downtown, a few blocks away.
