Hrabstwo Muscogee (ang. Muscogee County) – hrabstwo w stanie Georgia w Stanach Zjednoczonych.
Powstało w 1826 roku. Jego nazwa powstała od nazwy plemienia Muscogee do którego należą Krikowie i Seminole.
Geografia
Według spisu z 2000 obszar całkowity hrabstwa obejmuje powierzchnię 572 km2, z czego 560 km2 stanowią lądy, a 12 km2 stanowią wody. Według szacunków United States Census Bureau w roku 2011 miało 194 107 mieszkańców. Jego siedzibą administracyjną jest miasto Columbus.
