Hrabstwo Shannon (ang. Shannon County) – hrabstwo w stanie Dakota Południowa w Stanach Zjednoczonych. Obszar całkowity hrabstwa obejmuje powierzchnię 2096,65 mil² (5430,3 km²). Według szacunków United States Census Bureau w roku 2009 miało 13 727 mieszkańców[2]. Siedzibą administracyjną jest Pine Ridge.
Hrabstwo powstało w 1875 roku[3].
