IFA Premiership 2009/2010 (ze względów sponsorskich zwana Carling Premiership[1]) – 109. edycja najwyższej klasy rozgrywkowej piłki nożnej w Irlandii Północnej. Brało w niej udział 12 drużyn, które w okresie od 8 sierpnia 2009 do 1 maja 2010 rozegrały 38 kolejek meczów. Sezon zakończył baraż o miejsce w przyszłym sezonie w IFA Premiership. Obrońcą tytułu była drużyna Glentoran. Mistrzostwo po raz czterdziesty dziewiąty w historii zdobyła drużyna Linfield.

It was used by the Northern Ireland government in 1953-1973 with Edwardian crown since coronation of Queen Elizabeth II, based earlier design with Tudor Crown from 1924. Institute Football Club This is Institute F.C.'s Riverside Stadium - better known as the Y.M.C.A. Grounds.

The red brick building in the right-hand corner is in fact the Londonderry Y.M.C.A.

There are also rugby and cricket pitches adjacent. Behind the trees in the background is the A6 Glenshane Road through Drumahoe village. The players on the pitch are Glenavon (a Lurgan side) substitutes training at half-time. The match ended with a 1-1 draw.
