Johan Manusama (wł. Johannes Alvarez Manusama[1]; ur. 1910 w Banjarmasinie[2], zm. 1995[3]) – trzeci prezydent Republiki Południowych Moluków (1966–1993)[3], pierwszy na uchodźstwie[1]. Jego poprzednikem był Chris Soumokil. W 1993 roku zastąpił go Frans Tutuhatunewa[4].
