Jonathan Scott "Jon" Smith (ur. 9 maja 1961[1]) – amerykański wioślarz. Dwukrotny medalista olimpijski.
Brał udział w trzech igrzyskach olimpijskich (IO 84, IO 88, IO 92), na dwóch zdobywał medale. W 1984, pod nieobecność sportowców z części Bloku Wschodniego, wywalczył srebro w czwórce ze sternikiem. Osadę tworzyli także David Clark, Phillip Stekl i Alan Forney. W 1988 zajął trzecie miejsce w prestiżowej ósemce. W 1992 zajął dziewiąte miejsce w dwójce podwójnej, w parze z Gregorym Springerem. Zdobył dwa medale mistrzostw świata w ósemce: w 1987 złoto oraz brąz w 1985[2].
