Jonesboro – miasto (city) w Stanach Zjednoczonych, w stanie Arkansas, siedziba administracyjna (jedna z dwóch, obok Lake City) hrabstwa Craighead[1], położone na wzniesieniu Crowley's Ridge[2]. W 2013 roku miasto liczyło 71 551 mieszkańców[3].
Założone w 1859 roku, prawa miejskie uzyskało w 1883 roku[2].
W Jonesboro swoją siedzibę ma uniwersytet Arkansas State University[2].
