Slalom C-1 mężczyzn to jedna z konkurencji w kajakarstwie górskim rozgrywanych podczas Letnich Igrzysk Olimpijskich 2012, która odbyła się między 29 a 31 lipca na obiekcie Lee Valley White Water Centre. Tytułu mistrza olimpijskiego z Pekinu bronił Słowak Michal Martikán, który w Londynie zdobył brązowy medal.
