Jazda drużynowa na czas mężczyzn był jedną z dwóch konkurencji kolarskich rozgrywanych podczas V Letnich Igrzysk Olimpijskich w Sztokholmie w 1912 roku. Zawody odbyły się 7 lipca. Zwyciężyła ekipa gospodarzy.
Trasa wyścigu miała długość 196 mil (315,385 km). Wynik ustalano na podstawie konkurencji indywidualnej. Cztery najlepsze rezultaty zawodników z danego kraju, dawały wynik w konkurencji drużynowej. Związek Południowej Afryki, Belgia i Kanada wystawiła za małą liczbę kolarzy w jeździe indywidualnej, by wziąć udział w tej konkurencji. Wielka Brytania wystawiła trzy drużyny - zawodnicy z Anglii, Szkocji i Irlandii startowali oddzielnie.
