Kombinacja norweska na Zimowych Igrzyskach Olimpijskich 1928 odbyła się w dniach 17 – 18 lutego 1928 roku na skoczni Olympiaschanze i trasie biegowej w Sankt Moritz. Zawodnicy najpierw musieli pokonać dystans 18 km w biegu narciarskim, a następnie oddali po dwa skoki na skoczni. Czas biegu przeliczano na punty i sumowano z notą za skoki; zawodnik z najwyższą notą wygrywał. Tytułu mistrzowskiego bronił Norweg Thorleif Haug, który wcześniej zakończył karierę. Nowym mistrzem olimpijskim został jego rodak – Johan Grøttumsbråten. Pozostałe medale także wywalczyli Norwegowie: srebrny – Hans Vinjarengen, a brązowy John Snersrud.
