Kombinacja norweska na Zimowych Igrzyskach Olimpijskich 1948 odbyła się w dniach 31 stycznia – 1 lutego 1948 roku na skoczni Olympiaschanze i trasie biegowej w Sankt Moritz. Zawodnicy najpierw musieli pokonać dystans 18 km w biegu narciarskim, a następnie oddali po trzy skoki na skoczni (najsłabszy skok nie był liczony). Czas biegu przeliczano na punty i sumowano z notą za skoki; zawodnik z najwyższą notą wygrywał. Tytułu mistrzowskiego bronił Norweg Oddbjørn Hagen, który uprzednio zakończył karierę. Nowym mistrzem olimpijskim został Heikki Hasu z Finlandii, srebrny medal wywalczył jego rodak – Martti Huhtala, a trzecie miejsce zajął Sven Israelsson ze Szwecji.
