Gmina została utworzona 1 stycznia 2019 roku z połączenia dwóch ówczesnych gmin: Hengoat, Pommerit-Jaudy, Pouldouran oraz La Roche-Derrien. Siedzibą gminy została miejscowość La Roche-Derrien[2].
