Beauty Behind the Madness, którą współtworzyła wraz z The Weekndem i wieloma innymi artystami)[24], w 2018 – za „najlepszy popowy album” (płyta pt. Lust for Life), a w 2020 - w kategorii „album roku" (za płytę Norman Fucking Rockwell) i w kategorii „piosenkę roku" (za piosenkę Norman Fucking Rockwell).

Lana Del Rey wyjaśniając, dlaczego wstąpiła do przemysłu muzycznego[26]

Inspiracje muzyczne

W wieku młodzieńczym jej gust muzyczny ukształtowali Biggie Smalls[27], Eminem, Leonard Cohen[27][112] i Bob Dylan[27].

Broniła się przed tymi oskarżeniami w wywiadzie dla czasopisma The New York Times.

Del Rey zaprzecza doniesieniom o poglądach antyfeministycznych w wywiadzie dla czasopisma „The New York Times”[123].

Jest katoliczką[124]. Politycznie określa się jako centrystka[125]. W trakcie prezydentury otwarcie krytykowała Donalda Trumpa.
