Laura Badea-Cârlescu (ur. 28 marca 1970 w Bukareszcie[1]) – rumuńska florecistka. Trzykrotna medalistka olimpijska.
Największy sukces odniosła na igrzyskach w Atlancie, gdzie zwyciężyła w konkursie indywidualnym. W finale pokonała Valentinę Vezzali (w następnej dekadzie Włoszka zdominowała tę konkurencję). W drużynie zajęła drugie miejsce (zwyciężyły Włoszki), w Barcelonie była trzecia. Brała udział w IO 2000 i IO 2004. W 1995 była mistrzynią świata[2]. W latach 1996, 1997, 2004 zdobyła tytuł mistrzyni Europy[2].
