Laurent Niol (ur. 11 sierpnia 1973 r.) - francuski narciarz, specjalista narciarstwa dowolnego. Najlepszy wynik na mistrzostwach świata osiągnął podczas mistrzostw w Deer Valley, gdzie zajął 14 miejsce w jeździe po muldach. Zajął także 12 miejsce w tej samej konkurencji na igrzyskach olimpijskich w Salt Lake City. Najlepsze wyniki w Pucharze Świata osiągnął w sezonie 1995/1996, kiedy to zajął 26 miejsce w klasyfikacji generalnej, a w klasyfikacji jazdy po muldach był dziewiąty.
W 2006 r. zakończył karierę.
