W lidze rywalizowało dwadzieścia jeden drużyn – osiemnnaście z poprzedniego sezonu i po jednej z Cymru Alliance oraz Welsh Football League Division One: Cemaes Bay (mistrzowie Cymru Alliance) i Briton Ferry Athletic (mistrzowie Welsh Football League Division One).
