W lidze rywalizowało dwadzieścia drużyn – osiemnaście z poprzedniego sezonu i po jednej z Cymru Alliance oraz Welsh Football League Division One: Rhayader Town (mistrzowie Cymru Alliance) i Haverfordwest County (mistrzowie Welsh Football League Division One). Z ligi spadły trzy zespoły Holywell Town, Briton Ferry Athletic i Ton Pentre, który zrezygnował z gry w League of Wales.
